La camiseta de los campeones, el hogar de Marcose
Queridos amigos y compañeros:
Tenemos un nuevo reto solidario con un premio muy especial: una camiseta oficial de la Selección Española firmada por los jugadores que conquistaron el segundo Mundial para España.
Todo lo recaudado irá destinado a construir la casa de Marcose Dennis, un joven albino de Malawi al que tengo el privilegio de conocer desde niño gracias a las muchas visitas que he realizado a la misión María Mediadora.
La historia de Marcose es extraordinaria. Perdió a su madre al nacer y estuvo a punto de ser enterrado vivo con ella debido a los prejuicios que aún existen hacia las personas con albinismo en Malawi. Fue salvado y acogido por las hermanas de la misión, que le dieron protección, educación y una oportunidad de futuro. Hoy Marcose ha terminado sus estudios y se ha graduado como fontanero. Está listo para comenzar una vida independiente, pero necesita algo fundamental: una casa cerca de la misión, donde pueda seguir contando con el apoyo y la protección de la misión que le vio crecer.
Gracias a su padrino, que le ha acompañado desde niño, Marcose ya cuenta con el terreno. Ahora solo nos queda ayudarle a construir su hogar.
Construir su casa cuesta 9.000 €. Quizá no alcancemos la cifra completa, pero cada euro recaudado nos acercará a hacer realidad su hogar.

Individual Fundraising Goals
You can get involved by doing something special for you. You will transform this personal challenge into donations for NGO’s causes.
For example, participate in sports events like a tennis, paddle or golf competitions (among other sports), or do a real effort to demonstrate how important is for you to help an NGO. You can cut your hair, stop watching TV or quit smoking. You can also create original challenges that attract the attention of everyone and be a famous challenger making up funny solidarity challenges like the “Ice Bucket Challenge”.
Celebrating Fundraising Goal
There are a lot of opportunities in you daily life to give to others. For example, you can create a solidarity challenge on your birthday. You can tell your family and friends that this year you don’t want to receive gifts and instead this can be transformed in donations.
Group Fundraising Goals
You can get donations creating a solidarity goal with your colleagues, your friends or your family. These goals are very impressive because several people come together with the same purpose: to help others.
Some ideas would be organize charity markets, sell cookies, create a solidarity breakfast, participate together in a sport or cultural competition or make personal challenges that mean something special.
